To make purchases online, we highly recommend registering for a Canada Computers & Electronics Online account for the best shopping experience.

Product Availability

We strive to keep our online inventory up to date with real-time stock across our warehouses and retail locations. However, inventory may fluctuate due to demand, restocking delays, or supplier timelines.

To register:

  • If an item is out of stock at our warehouse, additional time may be needed for restocking or store transfers
  • Items unavailable at all locations may need to be ordered directly from our suppliers
  • While we aim for accuracy, stock levels shown online are subject to change without notice

Placing an Order

To place an order:

  • Log into your registered account or proceed with Guest Checkout
  • Add desired items to your shopping cart and follow the checkout steps

Canada Computers & Electronics reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock limitations, errors in pricing, or system discrepancies.


Order Processing Timeline

Order Processing Timeline

  • Up to 1 business day for payment authorization by your financial institution
  • Once payment is completed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing and shipment, provided all items are in stock
  • If there is any issue with the payment, you will receive an email notification with instructions on the next steps

During peak periods or with backordered items, additional time may be required.


Order Status & Tracking

You can track the progress of your order as follows:

  • Registered users can log into their account and navigate to Your Orders
  • Guest users may use the Guest Order Tracking tool by entering their order number and the email address used during checkout
  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships

Tracking information will be available once the carrier scans the package at their processing facility.

It’s normal for tracking updates to take some time, so if you don’t see any movement right away, please check back later for the most accurate delivery status.


Order Cancellations

  • For registered account orders, if eligible, a "Cancel Order" button under Your Orders
  • For Guest Checkout orders, if eligible, a "Cancel Order Request" button will appear in Guest Order Tracking

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for assistance.

Bundled Product Returns

Some products are sold as bundles at discounted prices and include two or more items grouped together.

  • The full bundle must be returned—we do not accept returns for individual items within a bundle
  • To return a bundled item, the entire bundle must meet the eligibility criteria under our Return & Exchange Policy
  • If a bundled item is defective, and falls within our exchange window, it will be replaced with the same item only

Payment Information

For online orders, we currently accept only Canadian-issued credit cards for security purposes.

If you wish to pay with international cards, or other payment methods, we recommend completing your purchase in-store, where our team will gladly assist you.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship within Canada only
  • Free shipping is available on select promotional items
  • For all other items, shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on item size, weight, and destination
  • Additional shipping fees apply to remote locations such as Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Newfoundland
  • P.O. Boxes and RR addresses are not eligible for delivery

Shipping Methods

  • Orders are shipped via standard ground service with a courier of our choosing
  • All products are carefully packed to meet shipping standards

Damaged or Discrepant Shipments

We take great care in ensuring your order arrives safely. However, if issues occur:

  • Inspect the package for damage or tampering before accepting delivery
  • Report any shipping damage or discrepancies within 5 business days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and product, and retain all materials

Reports made after 5 business days may not be eligible for investigation, as responsibility transfers to the customer once marked "delivered" by the courier. However, we will do our best to assist and may conduct an investigation with the courier.


In-Store Pickup Policy

Enjoy the convenience of shopping online and picking up in-store:

  • Most pickup orders are ready same day or next business day
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready
  • Orders are held for 2 business days before being canceled

To Pick Up Your Order:

  • Bring a valid government-issued photo ID
  • Show your pickup confirmation email

Only the person who placed the order may collect it. Third-party pickups are not permitted at this time.


Pricing & Website Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in all product listings, promotions, and pricing. However, errors may occur.

Canada Computers & Electronics reserves the right to:

  • Correct any inaccuracies or omissions without notice
  • Refuse or cancel any order—confirmed or otherwise—due to pricing or stock errors
  • Update product descriptions, prices, and availability at any time

Notice for Customers in New Brunswick

For customers in New Brunswick, prices for certain electronic products may appear higher because the Environmental Handling Fee (EHF) is already included in the advertised price, as required by provincial regulation.

This fee supports local electronics recycling programs and is not added separately at checkout.
