Membership
By joining the YourReward™ program Membership ("Membership"), you agree to the terms and conditions of the program. Your Membership is non-transferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your Membership is valid only at Canada Computers retail store locations and at CanadaComputers.com. Enrolment begins upon activation in store or online, on the day of enrolment. If you make no eligible purchases during a calendar year (January 1-December 31), your Membership will be marked inactive on the last day of that calendar year. YourReward™ Points are not earned on corporate-based discount purchases. The Reclaim program is not eligible. Employee participation, if permitted from time to time at Canada Computers discretion, is governed by the YourReward™ Employee Policy.
Earn Points
As a member of the YourReward™ program, earn 1 point ("Point") for every $1 you spend on almost any purchase (some restrictions apply, see ”Non-Qualifying Items" below) when you mention your Membership ID number at the time of purchase in store, points will post to your account approximately 2 ~ 3weeks. Earn additional Points through special offers and promotions. Points calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout less any amount spent on Non-Qualifying Items (see “Non-Qualifying Items" below). When products are returned to the store or by mail, Points will be deducted from your YourReward™ program account for that purchase/return. Points apply only to the first Membership ID number inputted in connection with any purchase. If you did not provide your Membership ID at the time of purchase, you have 30 days to add this points. Please email your request to yourreward@canadacomputers.com. Membership Points have no cash value. Membership Points are non-transferable. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Get Rewards
To redeem your rewards, please visit any of the Canada Computers Locations. If you would like to redeem your rewards online, please send in your request to onlinesupport@canadacomputers.com. On the subject line, please put " Your Reward Claiming (Membership ID number and your order number)". Shipping fee may apply.
Non-Qualifying Items
Canada Computers’ YourReward™ program Points will not be earned for the following: instant rebates and the value of mail-in rebates on purchases, Canada Computers purchases paid by Gift Cards, sales tax, provincial fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Other exclusions may apply.
Membership Cancellation, Modification, Expiration and Termination
You may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying Member Services by e-mail. Cancellation may take from 6 to 8 weeks to finalize.
Canada Computers may, at any time, terminate or modify the YourReward™ program and program rules without any further obligations to members.
If you make no eligible purchases using YourReward™ program Membership number during a calendar year, your Membership will be marked inactive on the last day of that calendar year.
If your Membership is cancelled or is marked inactive; points will be forfeited.
Canada Computers reserves the right to terminate your membership, in its sole discretion.
Privacy Notice
The information you provide as a Member of the YourReward™ program will be handled according to Canada Computers’ Privacy Policy, available on CanadaComputers.com. Your application information, information about your transactions & redemptions, and any other information you provide from time to time will be used to administer your Membership, communicate with you about your Membership, and to better understand your preferences and eligibility for Canada Computers’ products and services. On occasion Canada Computers may also use this information to provide you with personalized marketing, notifications of sales and special events, and other exclusive Member-only offers. Canada Computers does not sell or lease your personal information to other organizations.
